Free Local Delivery
Orders totalling $100 or more before tax qualify for free next-day delivery within Mississauga and Brampton. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate to avoid delays. -
Orders Under $100
For orders under $100 within our local delivery area, customers may select third-party delivery services, such as Uber Eats, at checkout. Delivery charges will be calculated based on distance and third-party fees. -
Non-Local Shipping
For orders outside Mississauga and Brampton, we offer next-day shipping through UPS or Canada Post. Shipping fees are based on weight, distance, and carrier rates and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that any delivery times provided are estimates and may vary based on carrier schedules. -
Handling and Processing Times
Orders received by 3 PM (EST) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 3 PM will be processed the following business day. Our team will keep you updated on your order’s status and provide tracking details once it ships. -
Delivery Issues and Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. R&R Grocery is not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. In cases where a delivery is returned due to an address error, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.
